Margaret S. Craddock

Mrs. Margaret S. Craddock, 80, of Augusta, GA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 23, 2014 surrounded by her family. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 12pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2108 Eastland Dr., Augusta, GA. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Born in Roper, NC, she was the daughter of the late James R. and Audrey Patrick Spruill. She had been a resident of Augusta since 1967. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints and the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Margaret retired from Comcast. She loved the outdoors, gardening, working in the yard, going to the beach, and canning. Her most precious time was spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henderson D. Craddock, two sisters, one brother, and a great grandchild. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Craddock, Augusta, GA, Dana (Jerry) Rowland, Ft. Valley, GA, Donna (Dennis) Mitchell, Augusta, GA, Darlene (Brian) Powell, Blythe, GA; son, David L. Craddock, N. Augusta, SC, brother in laws, John Huffman, Raleigh, NC, Robert Boudreaux, Greenville, NC; grandchildren, Stephanie McMillen, Brandy Tribble, Brian McMillen, Jamie Fulmer Campbell, Michael Craddock, Bryce Woodward, Natalie Craddock, Braden Rowland, and seven great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Dr. Scott Peacock and his staff for making their mom feel so special.
