William Hugh Sherrill

William Hugh Sherrill, (Bill) 80, entered into rest June 25, 2020 at his home surrounded by family. Bill was a truckdriver for most of his life. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Rose Sherrill, three sons, Kenneth Sherrill, William Dale Sherrill, both of Augusta and Samuel Sherrill (Donna) of Grovetown. One daughter, Barbara Sherrill Bateman and one sister, Elsie Curry. Five grandchildren, William Dale Sherrill, Jr, Samuel Sherrill, Jr., Savannah Meadows, Hannah Sherrill and Covin Bateman and seven great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 29, 2020 at 12:00 noon at Flowing Wells Church.
