Price. “Our Dad, with the forgetful bliss of Alzheimer’s, would sing the country song ‘Me and Jesus Got Our Own Thing Going; Me and Jesus Got It All Worked Out.’ Monday afternoon he left his old body. He now knows with certainty Jesus’ promises.” The family would like to thank everyone who supported them during their times of need. Mr. Price was a native of Waynesboro, GA. He spent his life working as a self-employed builder, and raising his six beloved children. Mr. Price is survived by his sons, Mitchell Boyd (Lisa), Wendell Price (Kathy), Terence Price, and Daryl Price (Kim); daughters, Tammie Munro (Jimmy), and Marlene Douglas (Kevin); sister, Janis McMillian (Ron); sixteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 6th at Magnolia City Cemetery in Waynesboro, Ga, with Reverend Daryl Price officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at the home of Wendell and Kathy Price (378 Farmington Dr. 30809). “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.” – Isaiah 40:8.
