Vicki J. Dickerson 61, beloved wife of Arthur D. Dickerson entered into rest on Monday March 26, 2018 at her residence. Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies, Proverbs 31.10. A graduate of Hephzibah High School and Augusta College, she was a member of Peace Free Will Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 11AM Friday March 30, 2018 at Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta with Rev. Larry Williams officiating. Interment will follow in West View Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers Brandon Beard, Melvin Dickerson, Rob Elkins, Kevin Hebert, Mark Willing and Cody White. Survivors include her husband; mother Lelia Thompson; sons Thomas A. Dickerson, Andrew D. (Anya) Dickerson and Bryan A. Dickerson; daughter Vera Jean (Rob) Elkins; step-son Melvin T. (Crystal) Dickerson; step-daughter Ashley D. (David) Thompson; sister Belinda Becker; brother-in-law Michael M. Mixon; niece Lelia (Kevin) Herbert; three grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home.
