Troy Steven Chandler Lanier, 21, of Martinez, Georgia was born on July 26, 1995 in Augusta, Ga., to Troy Steven Lanier and Angelisa Dawn Cooper Short. He was a welder for Gary McElmurry Construction Company. A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 14, 2017 at Life Point Church with Pastor Barndon Lanier officiating.
