Timothy Alton Washburn

Timothy Alton Washburn, 69 years old, went home to be with his Savior on the morning of November 18, 2024 following his battle with cancer. Tim was born December 14, 1954, in Springfield, Massachusetts to the late Alton and Doris (Williamson) Washburn. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Darlene (Welder) Washburn, and three children: Abby, Tim Jr. (Andreea) and Andrew; his sister Susan (Doug) Reider, brother Mark (Jeanne) Washburn; one aunt, many cousins, nieces, nephews and one granddaughter. He was an active member of Breezy Hill Baptist Church at 614 Ascauga Lake Road, Graniteville, SC where family will receive friends from 11 am to 12 pm on Friday, December 6, 2024 followed by a funeral service. The family wishes to thank the caregivers from Empyrean Hospice for their care during his final months at home.
