Thomas Wells Fulmer

Augusta, Georgia – Thomas Wells Fulmer, 63, entered into rest October 30, 2022, at his residence. Thomas was born in Aiken County, SC on March 13, 1959, to the late Cambern and Frances Drawdy Fulmer. He worked as a painter in Augusta, GA and surrounding communities. Survivors include his daughter, Heather Mercado (Rafael); brother Tracy A. Fulmer; sister Magdelene F. Shartzer (Gary) and two grandchildren, He is preceded in death by his brother, David C. Fulmer. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 1:00pm, at the McNeill Funeral Home.
