Theresa Louise Newman

Theresa Louise (Martin) Newman, 73, of Augusta, GA passed away Monday, December 25, 2023 at her home. Theresa was born in Atlanta, GA on July 24, 1950, the daughter of the late Henry and Dorothy Martin. She was the wife of Raymond W. Newman. They were united in marriage on November 20, 1966 in North Augusta, SC. Theresa was retired from the Board of Education after many years of service as a nutritionist. She will be remembered for her strength and love of family. Theresa is survived by her husband, Raymond W. Newman of Augusta, GA; a son, Raymond W. Newman, JR, of Augusta, GA; a son, Richard B. Newman and his wife Jessica P. Newman of Willington, CT; a grandson, Henry B. Newman of Willington, CT; a brother Theodore Martin of Augusta, GA; a brother Henry B. Marin of Augusta, GA. She is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Dorothy Martin. And two sisters; Bobby M. White and Peggy M. Newman .
