Teresa Coleen Hammontree Bailey born on November 16, 1954 in Augusta, GA, age 62, died Wednesday July 26, 2017 at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Teresa Bailey is survived by her brother Eddie Polk (Diane) of Augusta, Ga; her sister Libby Kreidt of Augusta, Ga. Teresa is survived by her children Jennifer Ardis (Gerry) of St. George, SC; Daniel Keith Bailey (Si Mone) of Trier Germany; Rebecca Bailey (Helmer) of Augusta, GA and Eric Bailey of Lorton, VA. Teresa is survived by 8 grandchildren Kaitlyn, Lee, Collin, Hannah, Hunter, Rachel, Zoey and Knox. She also had 1 Great-grandson Draco. Teresa is preceded in death by her mother Rachel A. Polk, of Augusta, GA. A memorial is scheduled for August 19, 2017 at 2pm with a reception to follow at 456 Park West Drive Grovetown, GA 30813. In the banquet room of the Super 8. Mr. Tom Schultz will officiate. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Teresa’s life.
