Sybil Braswell

Sybil Neal Braswell, age 83, entered into rest in Gibson, Georgia on Monday, October 8, 2018, wife of the late Jones Walter Braswell. Mrs. Braswell a native of Augusta, Georgia lived most of her life in Glascock County, Georgia. She was a Substitute Teacher for Glascock County Board of Education, member of Gibson United Methodist Church and a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Survivors include her son, Larry Braswell (Marcia), grandchildren, Tara Downs (Kyle), Travis Braswell (Amanda), Jason Braswell and Ray Hill and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband and a son, Mike Braswell and one granddaughter, Amy Braswell. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Gibson United Methodist Church with Reverend’s Ed Chance and Mary Ann Braswell. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
