Susan Kay Fancher

Susan Kay Fancher, 61 passed away Friday, November 25, 2022. Susan was born September 13, 1961, in Claycomo, Missouri. She attended University of Missouri at Kansas City, where she graduated with a Master of Pharmacy. She was a pharmacist for 30+ years, with the majority spent at Wayne Memorial Hospital and Harveys in Jesup and a few others throughout Georgia. Susan had a very loving and caring heart, because of which, she never met a stranger. She always went above and beyond for not only her loved ones, but also her patients, coworkers, and anyone she met. Her parents, Naomi and Frederick Havens preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Timothy Fancher of Augusta; son Kyle Fancher of Jesup; son Eric Fancher and wife Christina of Houston, TX; sister Judy Havens of Kansas City, MO; Brother Dennis Havens and wife Tamara Havens of Kansas City, MO; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial Services will be held at Howard & Jones Funeral Home in Jesup, GA on Thursday December 1 at 6:00pm.
