Shirley Joanne Shelman

Mrs. Shirley Joanne Shelman Trenton, SC. Mrs. Shirley Joanne Shelman, 85, wife of the late Arthur Robert Shelman, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at her residence. Mrs. Shelman was a native of Lands Creek, Pa, but spent the last twenty years of her life in the Trenton area, where she worked in housekeeping at Westminster School was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Roger Shelman; daughter, Carolyn Byrd; brothers, Milton Zinck and LeRoy Huller; sister, Blanche Marshall; grandchildren, Melissa Swansbrough and Jamie Shelman; and eight great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church (303 Airport Rd. Trenton, SC 29847) on Saturday, August 20th, at 11:00 a.m., with Reverend Larry Ford officiating. A visitation will take place after the service.
