Ms. Shelby Burgamy Whigham Martinez, GA. Ms. Shelby Whigham, 77, entered into rest Thursday, January 28th, 2016. A devoted mother, she gave her daughter, Beth Whigham, her God given wisdom, guidance, and strength. In addition to her daughter, she leaves behind her sister, Margarie Gilmer and brother, Norman Burgamy. Her loving memory will forever be with all who knew her.
