Shane Benjamin Sweet, age 37, Martinez, Ga passed on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Shane was born on 4/14/1985 in Augusta, Ga. Shane is the son of George Benjamin Sweet, Martinez, and Sheila Jernigan Sweet. Shane is predeceased by his mother Sheila Jernigan Sweet. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son Shane Benjamin Sweet, Jr. Evans; Aunts and Uncles: Susan and Clift Taylor of Evans; Butch and Santalee Judy Jernigan of Evans; Cousins: Sarah Taylor, Evans; Sebastian Bowles, Evans; Tara Jernigan Andrews and Tres Jernigan, Evans; as well and other cousins. Services will be held at the Sanctuary 4584 Cox Road on Wednesday, February 22 at 2:30 pm in the Youth Auditorium. Services will be led by Matt Lever . In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials/donations be sent to the Sanctuary or Prodigal Ministries, Evans, Ga .
