Ruben Berrios-Burgos

Ruben Berrios-Burgos, 74, entered into rest November 30, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his family. Husband of Carmen Berrios-Burgos. Ruben was a native of Puerto Rico and was a retired E-9/CSM from the US Army where he proudly served. He lived in Augusta from 1992-1996 during his military career, moved to Puerto Rico until 2007 and moved back to Augusta. He was a member of the Purple Heart Association in Augusta and President of the American Legion in Puerto Rico. A memorial service will full honors will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 11:00 am at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of service. Additional survivors include, daughter Migdaliz Ann Berrios, brothers Luis Antonio, Jose Antonio, Miguel Angel, Raul Armando and Teodoro Berrios, Jr., sisters Lydia Maria and Elba Iris Berrios. One grandson Carlos Ruben Berrios.
