Mr. Rowlin Patrick Lee entered into rest Saturday, January 28, 2023. Mr. Lee was born on May 4, 1956 in Neosho, Missouri and was the son of the late Samuel T. Lee, Sr and Joyce K. Lee. He has resided in Appling, Georgia for the past 40 years. Survivors include his sisters, Polly Bermingham Perry; Debra Lee Carlton; brothers, Michael W. Lee; Samuel T. Lee, Jr.; Nieces, Allyson Perhonish Bickers, Aimee Miller, Jessica Kaye Lee, Brittany Lee; Nephews, Jason Day, Samuel T. Lee, III and Jackson Lee. Rowlin retired as a Richmond County firefighter and was enjoying life with his family, friends and neighbors. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and a crafted woodworker known for his one of a kind wooden personalized stamped American Flags. He mentored Jason and Jackson in these areas which holds special memories. His passion for his craft will carry on by Jackson's continued crafting of custom American flags. Rowlin's mentorship and teaching of life lessons, along with his generosity went far beyond his immediate family and he will be greatly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.
