Rosemary G. Cibak

Augusta, GA. Rosemary G. Cibak, age 69, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015, at Select Medical Center in Savannah, GA. She was born May 13, 1946 in Oxnard, CA., to the late Frank S. and Rose C. Silveira Rodrigues.She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael David Cibak in 2005.Rosemary worked for many years for MCG as a Radiology Medical Transcriptionist. She is survived by her children; Michelle (Matthew) Adams of Hilton Head Island, Frank (Susan) Cibak of Beech Island and John Cibak of Atlanta; grandchildren, Steven Adams, Michael (Brianna) Adams, Victoria Adams, Daisy (Austin) Cowart, Alyssia Tyner, Serenity Daniel, Emily Tyner, Seth Cibak and Nathan Tyner; 1 great granddaughter, Adelaide Adams.She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Family will receive friends Thursday 6 pm to 8 pm at THE POTEET FUNERAL HOME, 3465 Peach Orchard Rd., HWY 25, Augusta, 30906, 706.798.8886. Funeral Services will be Friday 10:30 am at Ascension Lutheran Church, 2860 Wells Rd., Augusta with Pastor Michael Freed, officiating.Burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
