Rosalind Francis

Rosalind Francis was born on January 26,1954 in New Orleans Louisiana to Mr. John Alexander and Mrs. Betty Jean (Levi) Alexander.Rosalind had two brothers and a baby sister.Michael Alexander, Andre Singleton and Merita Singleton.She received her education in Houston, Texas. She met and married the love of her life Clarence Francis with whom she shared a twenty plus year US Army experience which they spent at home and abroad.They have four children:Jocelyn, Carmen, Monica, and Verjilia..Once retired from the service they moved to Augusta, GA.Where they lived until her quietly and peacefully passing at their residence on May 5, 2018. She is preceded in death by her Grandmother Mrs. Lorena Atkins of Natchitoches, Louisiana; Mrs. Betty Singleton and her Sister Ms. Merita Singleton both of Houston, Texas.
