Ronnie Cecil Welch

Ronnie Cecil Welch entered into rest on Tuesday, August 17th, 2021at his home in Gibson, Ga. Ronnie was born March 23, 1953 in Dearing, Ga. Ronnie was raised in Langley, SC by his grandparents Lola Turner and Deck Montgomery until he enlisted in the United States Army at the age of 17. Ronnie is preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, son Ronnie Welch Jr, Brothers Jean and Billy Paul, and Sisters Sandra and Faye. Ronnie is survived by his wife Brenda, Daughters Tonya Welch Ray (Jeremy), Laura Welch, sons Devin Littleton (Chelsea) and Michael Littleton (Madison, Brothers Ray Miles, Rick Miles and sisters Kimberly Martinez and Angela Lokey. Grand children Taylor (Colton) and Lanney Ray (Kane), Fisher, Macy, Montana and Charley Jones, Brystal, Ridley & Maddox Littleton. Ronnie was a monument installer and salesmen along with a jack of all trades. He was an avid fisherman, Nascar fan, and camper but most of all he loved to enjoy his coffee on the porch every morning. Ronnie was one of a kind, had a heart of gold, and never failed to make you laugh. He was king of all the little moron jokes and always was singing a silly song. He loved taking his grand babies to the candy store and had them all hooked on coffee before they were off the bottle. To have known Ronnie was truly a gift. The family will receive friends & visitors from 10:00 am til 11:00 am on Saturday August 21, 2021 at Dearing Full Gospel with the Rev. Jerry Rockefeller officiating. A memorial service will be held immediately following. Family and friends are welcomed at The Bistro in Louisville, Ga to celebrate Ronnie's life following the service.
