Robin Marie Johnson

Robin Johnson, 60 Robin Marie Johnson, 60, ofEvans, passed away November 24, 2020, at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Ga. Robin was born on October 9, 1960, in Jamaica Queens, New York, to SFC Francis E. Rinck and Marilyn (Telfer) Rinck. As a child she lived in many states and countries while her father served in the US Army. In 1971, they made Augusta their home. She attended Glenn Hills High School in Augusta, Ga. She spent most of her working career as a school bus driver of 25 years for Columbia County; 8 of which she drove for special needs children. Robin focused on spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved to travel and see new places. She loved Georgia football! She is survived by her sister, Linda (Walter) Potter of Martinez; sister, Bonnie Rinck of Palm Bay, Florida; brother, Michael J. Rinck of Grovetown; 2 daughters, Anna (Andy) Clifton of Statesboro; Heather (Daniel) Williams Jr. of Evans; 1 son, Nicholis Johnson of Evans; 5 grandchildren, Daniel Williams III, Gary Austin Williams, Aubrey Clifton, Andrew Clifton II, and Athen Clifton; and several nieces and nephews (spouses) and great nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, SFC (Ret.) Francis and Marilyn Rinck; and her sister Kristen “Krissy” Hair. Robin touched every heart in a positive way. She leaves behind a legacy of love, respect, hard work and faith. Visitation and Memorial Service will be held December 2nd at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Chapel. Visitation will be from 11am-12pm. Memorial service will begin at 12pm followed by private graveside for immediate family.
