Roberta Reinert

November 1, 1942 — June 28, 2018

Mrs. Roberta Reinert, born on November 1, 1942 in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Roberta Videtto Robinson and the late COL US Army Henry Allen Robinson, passed away at age 75 on June 28, 2018 in Augusta, Georgia. Roberta, often known as "Berta," graduated from University of Georgia in 1964. Berta lived her life serving others. While living in San Francisco, she assisted with the relocation of Afghan and Indochinese refugees until 1982. She became a Nutrition Specialist for the Georgia CSRA at Senior Citizen’s Council until retiring in 2007. Roberta was the beloved wife of LTC US Army (Ret) Price L. Reinert. She is survived by her daughters, Anne Way (Peter) and Robbie Marshall (Richard); stepson, Todd Reinert (Imani); stepdaughter, Jennifer Winge (Jason); and grandchildren, Lara Way, Joe Way, Jackson Marshall, Caroline Marshall, Emma Grace Winge, Cooper Winge, Donovan Reinert, and Morgan Reinert. She was in Alpha Gamma Delta. She was a member of Saint James Episopal Church of Hendersonville, NC. She was a committee member of Laurel Park Civic Association, and a member of Mayflower Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, and Colonial Dames. Those who wish may donate in Roberta's name to Saint James Episcopal Church. Friends and family are welcome to attend the celebration of life service, officiated by Dr. Joel G. Hafer, onWednesday, July 11 at 2:00 p.m.at Saint James Episcopal Curch,766 North Main Street, Hendersonville, North Carolina, 28792.
