Robert Josef Moir

Mr. Robert Josef Moir, of Hephzibah, died on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at his residence.He was 55 years old. Mr. Moir is survived by his wife, Clara A. Moir; his daughter, Ellen H. Moir-Bland, and her husband, Patrick, of Hephzibah; his sister, Eleonore Ortiz and her husband, Walter; and her granddaughter, Emily Rose Bland.He was preceded in death by his parents, Alastair Moir and JosefineMoir. Mr. Moir lived in Sherwood, Arkansas before relocating to Hephzibah in 2002. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.Prior to Mr. Moir’s retirement, he was employed with the Department of Energy at the Savannah River Site.He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #524 in Martinez.
