Robert Gregory Hand

Robert Gregory Hand, 63, entered into rest December 31, 2020 at his residence, husband of Penny Newsome Hand. Greg a native of Augusta, Georgia was born January 20, 1957 to the late Charles and Dixie Voyles Hand. He was Boil operator for DSM and worked for the Augusta Fire Department and Chemical Fire Fighter for DSM for over 20 years. He was a member of Apostolic Cathedral of Praise Church. Additional survivors include his son, Joshua Gregory Hand (Emily); daughters, Amy Ashcraft (Terry); Crystal Hand; brothers, David Hand (Linda); Jeff Hand (Pam); sister, Dana Boyd (Eddie); seven grandchildren, Judah, Alyssa, Hannah, Carter, Peyton, Adaleigh and Lyric. A memorial visitation will be on Friday, January 8, 2021 starting at 3:00 pm at Apostolic Cathedral of Praise Church.
