Mr. Richard Eugene Wiggins Retired Painter Mr. Richard Eugene Wiggins, of Augusta, died on Monday, March 29, 2010.He was 65 years old. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at The Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta. The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Mr. Wiggins is survived by his wife, Terri L. Wiggins; his children, Elaine Franklin and her husband Elmer of Augusta, Audra Beaudoin and her husband Kevin of Atlanta, Georgia, Waunell Wiggins of Augusta, Shawn Rhodes and her husband Michael of Evans, Georgia, Shannone Taylor of Florida; his brother, Robert Wiggins and his wife Kathy of Blythe, Georgia; sixteen grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles H. Wiggins, Sr. and Willie Mae Wiggins; and his brother, Charles H. Wiggins Jr. Mr. Wiggins was a retired painter.
