Richard Gene Bruce, Jr. Sales Grovetown, Ga. entered into rest April 4, 2012. Mr. Richard Gene Bruce, Jr, 61. Mr. Bruce was born October 15, 1950 at Ft. Campbell, KY and has lived in the Augusta since 1966. He attended Butler High School (Class of 1968) and worked in Sales until retiring to care for his mother. Mr. Bruce is preceded in death by his parents Mr. & Mrs. Richard Gene Bruce, Sr. and Gloria Jean Bruce and his sister Diane B. Carter. He is survived by one daughter, Amy Kristine Cooterand husband Ken. Martinez, Ga. One brother, William (Brad) Bruce and his wife Leslie, one sister, Debra Jean Robertsonand her husbandJW. Hephzibah, Ga. Four granddaughters, three Nieces and two nephews. A private memorial service will be held. After caring for his mother, Ricky enjoyed fishing, gardening and cooking. He loved music. In lieu of flowers send memorial contributions to MCG Children's Cancer Center.
