Rebecca Smallwood

Rebecca Smallwood, 84, native of Glascock County, passed away Thursday December 21, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents: Oscar & Annie Smallwood, brothers: Ralph & Branson Smallwood, sisters: Margaret Thompson and Miriam Shelton. She is survived by her nieces & nephews. Becky was a graduate of Glascock County High School. She retired as owner of Central Finance Company in Augusta. Becky was a good friend to many. She loved shopping, traveling, and socializing with everyone. Her biggest love was her home place better known as ‘the farm’ and spending time with family. The family will have a graveside service 3PM Saturday, December 23 , 2023 at Mt Zion Congregational Methodist Church, 7519 Edgehill - Mitchell Rd., Mitchell, Ga. 30820. Memorials may be made to the Mt Zion Congregational Methodist Church.
