Raymond Eugene Watson, Jr.

Raymond Eugene Watson, Jr., 74, entered into rest January 13, 2021, husband of Florence Pope Watson. Raymond was born on May 28th,1947 in Augusta, Georgia to the late Raymond E. Watson Sr., and the late Dorothy E. Hill. He spent his life in Augusta, where he was a school bus mechanic for the Richmond County Board of Education. He is preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Angela England. Additional survivors include son, Raymond E. Watson III (Crystal), daughter, Deborah James (Michael), one brother, Charles H. Nutt (Denise), two sisters, June Hall, and Patricia K. Bevill (Kevin), and 4 grandchildren, Ashley, Misty, Morgan, Melody, and Aria. A Celebration of life for Raymond will take place at a later date.
