Phyllis Waneta Cline

Hephzibah, GA. Phyllis Waneta Cline, age 71, of Hephzibah, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at her residence with her family surrounding her. She was born March 15, 1944 in East Liverpool, OH., to the late Bruce Wayne and Bessie L. Blosser West.She was a member of Miracle Baptist Church and retired from Gracewood State Hospital after 18 years of loyal service. She is survived by her husband, Howard; her children, Beverly (James) McClellan, Marty Wayne (Kelly Denise) Cline and Holly (Daniel) Stevens; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, Carl West, Rex West, Stanley West, Jessie West, Dennis West; sister, Janet West.She was preceded in death by one brother, Paul J. Blosser. Services will be Friday, 12 pm at Miracle Baptist Church, 1308 Hephzibah-McBean Rd, Hephzibah, 30815 with Rev. John Bartlett, officiating.Burial will be in Burke Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro. Please have all flowers delivered directly to the church.
