Ms. Peggy (Sissy) Johnson-Brown Augusta, GA. Ms. Peggy (Sissy) Johnson-Brown, 48, entered into rest on Thursday, August 11, 2016. Ms. Brown was a life-long resident of the Augusta area, where she worked as a cashier for Kroger and was a member of Stevens Creek Church. She leaves behind her mother, Ruby Johnson; sisters, Lee Young and Angela Overton; half-sister, Robin Johnson;half-brothers, Marion andJames Johnson; and numerous nephews and nieces.A graveside service will be held at Bellevue Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, August 16th at 12 p.m., with Pastor Dorna Adams officiating. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association.
