Ora Doris Granade

Mrs. Ora Doris Granade, widow of Hervey S. Granade, Sr., died Sunday, July 19, 2020 at 4:15 am at her residence in Wrens, GA. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Mrs. Granade lived in the Augusta area most of her life.She was the daughter of Jesse J. Sammons and Ora Mashburn Sammons. Mrs. Granade was preceded in death by her daughter Betty Jo Lackey and is survived by 4 sons, Hervey S. Granade, Jr. (Mary) of Aiken, SC, Charles F. Granade (Nancy) of Evans, GA, Danny J. Granade (Daphne) of Aiken, SC, and Michael J. Granade (Sandy) of Wrens, GA.She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be Wednesday July 22nd at 10:00 am in Westover Memorial Park, Augusta, GA.Visitation will be at home of Charles and Nancy Granade, 940 Deercrest Circle, Evans, GA30809 after the service.
