Mr. Keilholtz is survived by his daughters, Lynn Reyes and her husband, Sam, of Harlem, Beckie James and her husband, Russell, of Augusta, and Barbara Deas of Augusta; his sisters, Bertha Toole, Goldie Cibak, Bobbie Robinson, and Freida Miles; his grandchildren, Heather Palmer, Shane Reyes, Greg James, and Torry Newman; his great-grandchildren, Harley Williams, Ashlynn Sessions, Carden James, Maison Ballenger, Samantha Reyes, and Dylan Thomas; his special friend, Betty Devine.Mr. Keilholtz was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Gregory Keilholtz, in 1998, and by his granddaughter, Carmen Reyes, in 2001. Mr. Keilholtz was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church.He was the owner and president of Augusta Tool and Specialty Company.He was a member of the George Walton Masonic Lodge No. 699, the Scottish Rite, and the Augusta Shrine Club.A veteran of the United States Army, Mr. Keilholtz was a member of the American Legion Post No. 205.
