Mary I. Sellers

Mrs. Mary Inglett Sellers, of Waynesboro, Georgia, died on Tuesday, March 13, 2012. The family will receive friends today, Thursday, March 15, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at The Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta.The funeral service will be conducted on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.The committal services will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mrs. Sellers is survived by her sons Charlie Andrew Howell Sr., and his wife, Christine, Sterling Edward Howell, and his wife, Paulette, John Judson Howell Sr., and his wife, Mona, William Eugene Howell, and his wife, Janice, all of Augusta; her daughter Mary Howell Williams, of Waynesboro; her sister Ruby Willis, of Modoc; ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.Mrs. Sellers was preceded in death by her first husband Sterling Andrew “Doc” Howell, her second husband Prentice Sellers; her sister Irene Roye; her brothers Charlie Inglett, Melton Inglett; one grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. Prior to Mrs. Sellers retirement, she was employed with the Kendall Company, she was of the Baptist faith.
