Mary Ann Morris Henderson

Hephzibah, Georgia Mary Ann Morris Henderson, age 79, of Hephzibah, entered into rest on Sunday, June 5, 2016. Mrs. Henderson was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow “Woody” Henderson and is survived by seven children, Lavone Shaw, Deborah Hutto, Steve Henderson, Kenneth Henderson, Karen Henderson, Lisa Henderson, and Barbara Henderson.Also surviving is a sister, Nell Girard; twelve grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 pm. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA.The funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at the Poteet Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow at Hephzibah Vance Cemetery.
