Lucille Mooneyham

Lucille Mooneyham, age 91, of Augusta, GA., passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013.She was the wife of the late Rev. T.D. Mooneyham.With over 70 years in the ministry, they had grown a large spiritual family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Olive Newton and Lillie Frances Sterling Vanderburg, 7 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her daughters, Shirley Wooldridge of Marietta, GA., Col(Ret) Beverley Best of Buda, TX., Glenda Mooneyham of Martinez, GA., and Kathy Cook of Kennesaw, GA.;grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 16; 2 brothers, Gene Vanderburg of Kinston, OK. and Dean Vanderburg of Oklahoma City, OK. Family will receive friends Friday (TONIGHT) from 6 pm to 8 pm at THE POTEET FUNERAL HOME, 3465 Peach Orchard Rd, Augusta, 30906, 706.798.8886. Funeral Services will be Saturday 11 am at His Community Church, 3358 Peach Orchard Rd., Augusta, with Rev. Steve Norsworthy and Rev. Edmund (Ted) Wooldridge, officiating.Burial to follow in Westover Cemetery.
