Mrs. Lois Marie Brentnell Augusta, GA. - Mrs. Lois Marie Brentnell of Evans, died March 8, 2009 at MCG Hospital. She was 78 years old. The family will receive friends today Tuesday, March 10, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at The Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road. The funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Fleming Baptist Church, 3027 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA 30906. The committal will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Rev. Billy Atkins will officiate. Mrs. Lois Brentnell is survived by her sons, David and his wife Rebecca Brentnell, of Alpharetta, Paul and his wife Carolyn Brentnell, of Evans; daughter, Karen Bloxdorf, of Greenville, SC; son, Louis and his wife Dianna Brentnell, of Harlem; brothers, Byron and Glen Parsons; sister, Sandra Hanson; grandchildren, Kristy and her husband Kyle, Megan, Greg and his wife Sarah, Lisa, Richard, and Justin.
