Linda Sue Fowler Brown, 58, of Hephzibah passed away on Sunday September 30, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Williams Thomas Funeral Home, Gainesville, Florida with Pastor Tim Plymel officiating. Interment will follow at Elzey Chapel Cemetery in Lake Butler, Florida. A native of Lake Butler, Linda moved to the Augusta area in 2006. She was formerly employed at Georgia Regents University as an Administrative Assistant. She is survived by her husband, Dale Brown; sons, Jeremy Brown of Augusta and Raymond Brown of Rochelle, IL; daughter, Courtney Utley of Hephzibah; siblings, Alton Fowler of Troy, AL, Harry Fowler, Jr., of Troy, AL, Peggy Horne of Middleburg, FL, and Teresa Tillery of Troy, AL; 4 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Bell and a brother, Stanley Fowler. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 5:00 until 7:00 at Williams Thomas Funeral Home, 404 N Main Street, Gainesville, Florida.
