Mr. Leroy Griswell Heavy Equipment Operator Foreman Richmond County Mr. Leroy Griswell, of Augusta, died on Monday, March 7, 2011. A memorial service will be conducted on Monday, March 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at The Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta. Mr. Griswell is survived by his wife, Joyce Griswell of Keysville, Georgia; his daughters, Angela Griswell, of Augusta, Linda Griswell Redd, of Appling, Georgia; his son, Michael Griswell, of Augusta; his brothers, James Griswell, of Wrens, Georgia, Bobby Griswell, of Gadsden, Alabama, Tommy Griswell, of Wrens, Georgia, Gerald Griswell, of Gibson, Georgia; his sisters, Gloria Beckworth of Gibson, Georgia, Cherry Ybanez, of Branson, Missouri, Donna Griswell, of Wrens, Georgia; his grandchildren, Cody Redd, Heather Redd, Brandon Griswell, Chelsea Griswell, Nicholas Griswell; three great grandchildren, Devin Dickerson, Kaylee Redd, and Lyric Griswell. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Griswell was a heavy equipment operator foreman for Richmond County.
