Biography Mr. Leonard B. Wheeler Wheeler Alarms Martinez, Ga. entered into rest July 28, 2013. Mr. Leonard B. Wheeler 73, husband of the late Mrs. Mary Powers Wheeler. Mr. Wheeler a native of Augusta, Ga. He was theowner of Wheeler Alarms in Augusta. For 20 years he was a deputy sherifffor the Augusta Police Department and the Richmond County Sheriff's Department. He wasveteran of the U.S. Navy and was a Baptist. The family will receive friends at McNeill Funeral Home Wednesday evening from 5:00-7:00 pm. He is survived by a son, Wesley Lawton Wheeler, Buford, Ga. Daughter, Cynthia Lee Wheeler, Norcross, Ga. Brother, David Lamar Wheeler, Augusta, Ga. Three grandchildren, Shannon, Averie & Kendall.In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or the MCG Children's Hospital.
