He was born March 10, 1933 in Saulsville, West Virginia, to the late Arnold French and Naomi Canada Bailey.She was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Duncan Bailey; 1 grandchild and 1 great grandchild.He worked as a mechanic for Sunbelt Nissan for many years. He is survived by his children; Barbara Gross of Augusta, Arnold Bailey of Batesburg, SC., Vicky Hart of Augusta and Edgar Bailey of Hephzibah; 14 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
