Biography Ms. Larrietta (Laurie) Akina Ashcraft School Bus Driver Grovetown, Ga. entered into rest June 11, 2012 at Doctors Hospital, Augusta, Ga. Ms. Larrietta (Laurie) Akina Ashcraft. Ms. Ashcraft was retired from Columbia County as a school bus driver. She was a native of Hawaii. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 6:00 pm from theGreater Augusta Apostolic Church in the Chapel. Rev. Terry Newsome officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 5:00 pm at the church. She is survived by, one daughter, Julie Henderson (Michael). Two sons, Stewart Akina and Terry Ashcraft, Jr. (Amy).Sisters, Leslie Koahou (Tom) .Yvonne Lum (Ben). Two brothers, Larry Akina, Jr.,(Donna). Lester Akina. Five grandchildren.
