Lander Ray Skeen

Mr. Lander "Ray" Skeen Retired Chief Warrant Officer Grovetown, Ga. entered into rest Sunday February 24, 2013 at Trinity Hospital. Mr. Lander "Ray" Skeen husband of the late Peggy Skeen of 58 years. And father of the late, son Lander Ray Skeen, Jr. Burial will be at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery 400 Murchison Road Spring Lake, NC 28390 (Fort Bragg) Thursday at Noon With Full Military honors. Mr. Skeen served in the Armed Forces for 22 ½ years followed by a career in the Civil Service. He served proudly in the Korean War and Vietnam Conflict. Survivors include four daughters, Jeanie (Donald) LeMarr, Dickerson, MD, Cynthia Lee, Cameron, NC, Cheryl Whittington (Bobby), Grovetown, Ga., Sandra Annonio (William) Columbiana, AL. Seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
