Lamar E. Hardy Jr.

Lamar E. Hardy Jr, 79, husband of Patricia Hall, entered into rest at Augusta University Medical Center on, January , 2021. Born on January 13th, 1942 in Augusta, Georgia. Lamar spent the entirety of his life in Folly Beach, South Carolinawhere he was a member of the Islander Shag Club, and a member of Folly Beach United Methodist Church. He also worked in Charleston, South Carolinaas a designer draftsman for AC Heating and Air. Lamar is preceded in death by his parents, Lamar E. Hardy Sr. and Athalee Grose, and one brother, Kurt Hardy. Additional Survivors include his wife, son Lamar E. Hardy III, brother, Henry Hardy, 2 sisters, Marlee Jamieson and Karen Hardy, a host of nieces and nephews, and one grandchild, Hailey Elizabeth Hardy. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
