Mrs. Kathy Ann Culpepper Homemaker Hephzibah, Ga., entered into rest Friday, November 28, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Kathy Ann Odell Culpepper. Mrs. Culpepper a native of El Paso, TX lived most of her life in the Hephzibah area. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. A memorial gathering will be held at McNeill Funeral Home Monday from 4:00-6:00 pm. She is survived by her daughter, Virginia “Gina” Riley (Thorsten); mother, Evelyn M.
