Joyce Ellen Lowe

Biography Mrs. Joyce E. Lowe Floral Designer North Augusta, SC entered into rest September 24, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Joyce Ellen Lowe wife of the late Mr. Thomas Lowe, Sr. Joyce a lifelong resident of the Augusta area and she was Pentecostal, a floral designer for Winn Dixie and Kroger. Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 12:00 noon at Westview City Cemetery. Pastor Michael Goodwin officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 3:00-5:00 pm. Joyce is survived by three daughters, Teri Youmans (Johnny), Sherry Jones (Thomas), N.A.S.C. Karen Frady (Allen) Augusta, Ga. Brother, Joe Bevil, Sisters, Lois McCool, Linda Peoples, Augusta, Ga. Faye Hughes, Milton, Fl. Seven grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
