Joyce D. Fulmer

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Joyce D Fulmer, 72, an amazing mother and wife of Evans, Georgia, who left us on October 20th, 2024 after a beautifully lived life. Full of love and resilience, she touched the lives of all who knew her. Preceded in death by her sisters Lynn Merrick and Cathy Dunn survived by her three children Olivia Robertson, Lisa Youmans and John D Newsome. An To commemorate her incredible journey and the memories we cherish, a memorial service will be held in her honor in a few weeks. We will post this as soon as we have all the details .We invite all who knew her to join us in remembering the life of our mother who was loved deeply and will be missed.
