Joyce S. Bailey

Ms. Joyce S. Bailey entered into rest on Saturday, March 25, 2023. She was born on November 16, 1938 to the late Adrian and Allease Smith. Ms. Bailey was a native of Augusta , Georgia . She enjoyed bowling, music, being a line dancer instructor, but most of all spending time with her loving family and friends. All who knew her realized what a beautiful, special and loving individual that she was. Survivors include her daughter Julie Clark (Paul) of Modoc , SC ; two sons, Tommy Ramos (Beverly) of Jacksonville, FL, and Jimmy Ramos (Chris) of Greer, SC ; six Grandchildren: Pete Clark (Tabatha) , Michael Clark (Jessica), Chris Ramos (Laura), Traci Ramos, Jayme Dunn (Adam), and Casey Yearick (Chad). She also had the love and admiration of eight Great Grandchildren. A private service with the family will be scheduled at a later date.
