Mr. Joseph L. Allen Retired Civil Service Parksville, SC., entered into rest October 18, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Joseph L. Allen husband of Mrs. Christa B. Allen. Mr. Allen a native of Parksville was retired from Civil Service in Heating & Air and a member of Parksville Baptist Church. A celebration of life service will be conducted on Wednesday at 3:00 pm at Parksville Baptist Church with Rev. Craig McDaniels officiating. Additional survivors include his son, James Leon Allen (Dianne) Walhalla, SC., daughter, Cynthia Lynn Anderson (Mike) Bath, SC. Four grandchildren, Wayne, Angela, Austin and Aaron. Eight great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the residence after the service.
