John Clarence Hanson

Graniteville, SC. Mr. John Clarence Hanson, 80, husband of Mrs. Dorothy Hanson, entered into rest Sunday, December 27, 2015. Mr. Hansonmoved to Graniteville in 2003, butwas a native of Ocala, Florida. He worked as a Field Engineer for Advanced Engineer, and wasa proud Veteran of the United States Navy. He was also member of River Front Church in North Augusta, South Carolina. He was a soldier for the Lord. Mr. Hanson was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. In addition to his wife, Mr. Hanson leaves behind his sons, John C. Hanson, Jr., and Charles E. Hanson; sister, Myrna J. Hanson-Moss; grandchildren, Jason, Angela, and Christina; and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 7th. A private graveside service was held at Pineview Memorial Gardens.
