Biography Mr. John Dunwood Bohler, Sr. U.S. Navy Veteran Martinez, GA., Mr. John Dunwood Bohler, Sr., 88, entered into rest Friday, June 7, 2013 at Georgia Health Sciences University. Graveside services will be conducted on Sunday (Today) at 2:30 pm at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Grovetown, GA. Dr.Michael L. Davenport officiating. Mr. Bohler was born in Lincoln County, Ga. Son of the late Rufus George Bohler and the late Anne Brown Bohler. He served in the Navy during World War II. He was retired from United Merchants and Manufacturers and was a member of Pineview Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Martha Goldman Bohler, a daughter, Anne Bohler-McGowan (Sam) of Beaufort, SC and one son, John Dunwood Bohler, Jr. of Martinez, Ga., three granddaughters, Jennifer Redman (Kevin), Jodi Tyler (Travis) and Jessica Nash (Brent) and Four great granddaughters.
