Joeann Stephens

JoeAnn Stephens, 77 years old, entered into rest, peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at her home in Martinez, GA. JoeAnn was born on November 21, 1946 in Augusta, GA to the late Paul and Virginia Scarboro. She was one of 10 children. JoeAnn married the late Vernon E Stephens in 1977 and was a resident of Boneville, GA and was a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Thomson, GA. She loved to go fishing, camping, taking boat rides, playing bingo and spending time with her family. JoeAnne leaves to cherish her loving memory, her children Cindy L Helmick (John), Les Black (Sheri), Charlie Black (Ronda), Keith Lemke (Paula) and Robert Lemke (Andi); 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
